AR Administrator

Job description

The ideal candidate will have strong A/R skills and experience interacting effectively with customers. This is a non-exempt, full-time position, with a pay rate of $22 - $25/hour ($45,760-$52,000 annualized), located in our Burbank, CA office.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of Accounts Receivables
  • Generate customer quotes
  • Generate customer invoices
  • Handle internal and external customer inquiries/requests
  • Prepare various weekly and monthly billing & reports
  • Recommend action plans to Manager on delinquent accounts
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding company billing
  • Monitor accounts & take appropriate actions with customers to arrange for payment
  • Research and resolve customer inquiries regarding invoice discrepancies and issues
  • Set up new customers in company billing system
  • Process credit card payments from customers over the phone/email and process recurring payments
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
  • Must have at least two years experience in SalesForce
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), G Suite, and Outlook
  • Ability to work accurately with numbers are essential
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, i.e. basic Accounting
  • Can thrive in fast-paced start-up environment
  • Self-sufficient, motivated to excel, well-organized
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, with high attention to detail
