The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and growing customer accounts in their assigned territory. The Account Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategy, sales plan, and forecasts for overall business development, sales, and account management.


  • Actively manage and grow accounts
  • Establishes and builds strong client relationships, regularly calling on, selling to, and training company resellers
  • Develops and implements a sales action plan with objectives and strategies to increase revenue and aggressively expand accounts
  • Delivers marketing and communication support to assigned accounts
  • Manage project funnel for these accounts.
  • Understand and anticipate customer needs
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of monitoring solutions
  • Attend industry events as required



  • Driven, motivated with a strong desire to be successful
  • Bachelor’s degree, high GPA is a plus
  • Prior sales and technology experience 
  • Energetic & engaging personality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%
  • Local to the Los Angeles area, and available to work in our Burbank, California office
